What this site is

This site is published by Cotswoldcohost Ltd (company number 12312916, registered office: 33 Station Road, Andoversford, Cheltenham, GL54 4LA, United Kingdom), trading as Cotswold Cohost. It is informational: it tells prospective property owners what we do, shows examples of homes we manage, and provides a way to enquire about whether your property is one we'd be a good fit for. It does not, by itself, constitute a contract or commitment.

Service contracts are separate

If you decide to engage us to manage your property, we'll agree the specific terms of that engagement in a separate written contract, not via this website. Anything described on these pages (services, pricing philosophy, owner-stay policy, revenue-share arrangement) is indicative of how we typically work and informs the conversation, but the contract is the contract.

Property information

Where we describe properties under our management, we make every reasonable effort to be accurate at the time of publishing. Properties are subject to change. Owners can offboard, undergo refurbishment, or update their amenities. Confirm specific details with us before making decisions based on what you read here.

Photography and copy

All photography on this site is owned by Cotswoldcohost Ltd (taken by our team in the course of managing the relevant properties). All written copy is original to this site or contributed by named owners with consent. You may not republish or use these assets commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Use this site for its intended purpose: reading about our services and submitting an inquiry if relevant. Don't use it to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, distribute malware, abuse the inquiry form, or systematically scrape its content.

External links

We link out to external services we use or recommend (Sanity, Cloudflare, Plausible, Resend, Guesty's booking platform, the Information Commissioner's Office, and similar). We're not responsible for the content or policies of those external services, but we link to them deliberately and in good faith.

Liability
